To those of you who are from larger countries throughout the world, the United Kingdom may appear to be a small place, yet there is a lot going on in the depths of this wonderful country.
Today, we’ll look at some of the most hazardous cities in the UK based on personal experiences and facts. Some of these choices will undoubtedly be contentious, but there’s no disputing what might happen if you don’t keep your wits about you.

It should be emphasized that each of these cities has advantages; however, this essay is not about those advantages.

Bradford ssbhv UK

While Bradford is famed for its diversity, it is also known for having an extremely high crime rate – and when you combine that with the fact that 28 percent of households find it difficult to make ends meet, you quickly understand that there is a significant risk at play.

Bradford’s residents seem pleasant enough, but it’s tough to live happily or even visit with a smile on your face when you know what lurks beneath the surface.

It’s also a pity, because the potential is undeniable.

Leeds, which helps to make up England’s most continuously deadly region, is right alongside Bradford as the representatives of West Yorkshire. It’s not difficult to imagine a scenario with 35.7 violent crimes per 1,000 people.

Leeds should be a booming economic metropolis with enormous potential for the future, but there appears to be an ego-driven people within the city that guarantees it is brought right back down.

Coventry ssbhv

A simple scan of the crime section of the following newspaper, which covers Coventry and Warwickshire, reveals everything we need to know about how violent Coventry may be.

Warwick & Coventry University makes every effort to hide the flaws as much as possible, but it’s a difficult order. There are so many places of the city that aren’t up to par, and some even make you wonder how a place like this can exist in 2019.

Nonetheless, the residents will continue to defend it no matter what.

Glasgow ssbhv

The good news is that crime in Glasgow appears to be on the decline, which is in stark contrast to many of the places we’ve highlighted. While this is encouraging news, it does not mean that the problem has been solved.

Glasgow has always had a reputation for being a terrible city, which we consider to be a harmful trait right from the begin. This is especially true for non-Scots visiting the city because, as you may have heard, Scots are quite proud of their heritage, and their patriotism may occasionally be shown in an inappropriate manner.

Manchester ssbhv

When it comes to crime, the Greater Manchester area is really hurting, from fraud to violent crimes and beyond. Even robbery rates are increasing, with 2.5 per 1,000 people being robbed.

If you take a step back and look at Manchester as a city in terms of entertainment value and other factors, you’ll notice that it portray a good image.

Liverpool ssbhv

When your anti-social behavior stats are as high as Liverpool’s, it should be a big red flag that your city’s culture needs to change.

The major annoyance here, as in many of the other cities on our list, is that Liverpool is a fantastic destination to visit. Unfortunately, a small percentage of the community chooses to partake in these risky activities, leading to the formation of stereotypes about Merseyside.

Yes, they have a fantastic football team, but don’t let it influence your decision.

The student atmosphere in Bristol is fantastic, as has been stated numerous times over the last few years, however it means little when compared to the drawbacks.

Bristol’s image as a metropolis is far from accurate, with the city being recognized as Europe’s cocaine capital and having a slew of serious environmental issues.

The idea that they’re merely ‘independent’ and ‘one-of-a-kind’ over there is obscuring the true issues, and it’s all for the sake of image. It makes me sick.

Sheffield ssbhv

With a tainted history that spans decades, the steel city appears on numerous lists about violence, property damage, theft, and other issues.

If you don’t feel safe where you are, there is a problem, and unless you take action as a resident to assist solve it, improvements will be difficult to achieve.

Sheffield has a reputation for attracting rugged characters, but how does this translate into anything positive? The answer is no, and we could all do better.

Birmingham ssbhv

According to a research from last year, Birmingham was ranked the most unsafe city in the United Kingdom, with 42 percent of residents feeling insecure at any time of day or night.

The problem is that there are no real limitations. It makes no difference if you’re outside the Bullring or deep in Selly Oak at midnight.

There are a few great enough places to brag about in Birmingham, but none that makes us want to return for more.

London ssbhv

The English metropolis is well-known for its outstanding culture, football, and art, but there’s a palpable sense of dread in the air — particularly in the countryside. Regardless of where we live, we’ve all seen and heard the news reports because they’re simply too compelling to ignore.

Knife crime has increased dramatically in London, and it appears that this is only the beginning. Things must change, and they must change quickly, or people will cease to visit (as ridiculous as that sounds).
